Nestlé came to us with a challenge: How do we showcase and support inspiring employee stories in an era of remote working? Traditionally opting to use live action for their recruitment campaigns, Nestlé turned to us for an animated approach. In doing so, not only were we able to execute the campaign safely, we were able to take the visual content to new, creative heights.
We began by conducting three employee interviews. From those remote-capture sessions, we developed three unique, documentary-style stories about each employee’s Nestlé career. From incredible internship opportunities, to the future of plant-based foods, to sustainable packaging, each interview made one thing clear: Nestlé employees are passionate about their roles and are dedicated to making the future of food better.
