Medicaid Expansion

The Fairness Project

Since the passing of the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid expansion has been a controversial topic. Opponents of expansion put out a lot of misinformation and our job with this campaign was to help clear up the facts. We worked with DC-based The Fairness Project to show that Medicaid expansion in Florida and Missouri would help hundreds of thousands of people get access to care without increased burden to the states.

We approached development with a brand mentality. The video art direction would serve as the look of the final campaign. We focused on strong graphic design to convey important facts, and adaptable illustration assets for reuse across print and digital platforms.

With campaigns like this, it’s important to be able to reach people where they are, so we also created a matching suite of social and promotional graphics made sure that the state campaign teams got the most value out of their work with us.
